Cinnamon Dornsife's Bio
 
Ambassador Dornsife currently serves as the Acting Director, International Development Program, Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies.

She served as the U.S. Executive Director to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) from December 1999 to October 2001, and Alternate Executive Director from January 1994 until December 1999.

She has twenty years' experience in international banking, economic development and foreign policy. Before joining the U.S. Executive Director's Office at the ADB, Ambassador Dornsife was the Washington Representative for The Asia Foundation. Her career has also included work with The World Bank, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S.-Asia Environmental Partnership and the Pathfinder Fund.

Cinnamon Dornsife's areas of expertise include international banking, economic development and foreign policy. She is an expert in Asia-Pacific affairs and has lived and worked in Southeat Asia for fourteen years.

Currently, she serves as a Senior Advisor to several non-profit organizations including First Voice International, US-Indonesia Society and Forest Trends, in areas including socially responsible investments and expanding partnerships. She serves on the Bretton Woods Committee and the Board of Advisors for the Development Executive Group and Board of Trustees for the Japan America Institute for Management Sciences.

Ms. Dornsife received a Masters Degree in International Relations from SAIS, and a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Emory University. In 2004, she was awarded an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Public Policy Institute of Georgetown University.
