Ed Ranucci's Bio
 
Mr. Ranucci is the founder and Managing Partner of Phoenix Consulting Associates, an international consulting firm specializing in the attainment of peak operating performance. Mr. Ranucci is responsible for managing major client relationships as well as fulfilling the role of Chief Executive and President.

Mr. Ranucci has been a consultant to senior executives for more than ten years and was formerly Vice President and Regional Director for Philip Crosby Associates, Inc., at the time the largest and most successful quality and change management consultancy in the world. In his role as Senior Consultant, Mr. Ranucci has worked with more than eighty organizations to enable them to improve results through changing strategies, processes, structure and behavior. He was honored by being selected the organization’s leading consultant for three consecutive years and was given the coveted Alex Award for performance in work with clients.

During these years of consultancy, Mr. Ranucci was recognized as an innovator for his creation of new products and services and for his ability to create winning strategies both for clients and the firm. He has led many project teams and is an accomplished facilitator, teacher and public speaker.

Prior to joining the consultancy Mr. Ranucci was a Senior Executive with a major financial institution where he was responsible for the P&L of a large investment banking group. He also had responsibility for Strategic and Market Planning and led a number of major product launches. In this capacity he received numerous honors including Investment Banker of the Year and the Ohio Bankers Association Award for Achievement in the Industry.

Mr. Ranucci is an experienced and popular public speaker and has written many articles for periodicals. Mr. Ranucci was the recipient of a Regents Academic Scholarship, awarded on a competitive basis, and received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology from Wagner College and the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Mr. Ranucci has served on numerous boards of directors and served the community as a consultant to the town council, President of the Board of a Mental Health Services Agency, Member of the Board of a Performing Arts Council and participated in fund raising for numerous charities and special events. Mr. Ranucci is married with a daughter and a son currently resides in southeastern Michigan, USA. He is an avid reader and writer, shares a love of the outdoors with his family, is a recreational golfer and when time permits, performs in musicals and operas with local theater companies.
